Job Description

A Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring that all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms
  • Restock guest room supplies, including towels, toiletries, and linens
  • Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
  • Ensure that all guest rooms are properly secured and that guest privacy is respected
  • Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
