Front Desk Attendant
Job Description
The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for providing excellent guest services to all visitors and guests. They will be the first point of contact for guests and will be responsible for ensuring that all guests are welcomed and assisted in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel and its amenities to guests
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
