Job Description Guest Area Attendant
Job Summary
The Guest Area Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all guest areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained. This includes lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other public areas. The Guest Area Attendant must be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times, and must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain all guest areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other public areas
- Ensure that all areas are well-stocked with supplies, including towels, soap, and other amenities
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Skills And Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time
