Job Description

A room attendant is responsible for ensuring that guest rooms are clean, tidy, and inviting for guests. They are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as restocking supplies and amenities. The ideal candidate for this position should have experience in housekeeping and be able to work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
  • Restock supplies and amenities in guest rooms
  • Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department
  • Ensure guest rooms are clean, tidy, and inviting for guests
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Assist guests with any requests or needs
Requirements
  • Previous experience in housekeeping
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
