F&B Supervisor (FOH / BOH Hybrid)

Job Description

Seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is responsible for leading daily service operations, supervising staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and stepping into operational roles as needed to support the team.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in both restaurant service and kitchen operations who thrives in high-volume environments and leads by example.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily FOH and BOH operations during service

  • Support staff and assist in hourly operational duties as needed

  • Ensure high standards of guest service, food quality, and cleanliness

  • Assist with training, coaching, and shift leadership

  • Support inventory management, receiving, and operational organization

  • Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years of food & beverage or hospitality experience

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred

  • Experience in both FOH and BOH operations strongly preferred

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

  • ServSafe certification preferred
