Job Description

The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring that guests receive exceptional service and that all staff are trained to provide the highest level of customer service. The successful candidate will be highly organized, a great communicator, and able to manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering. They will be responsible for problem solving and ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. The Guest Services Manager will also be responsible for training and development of staff, ensuring that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to provide exceptional service to guests.
