This influential role will specifically focus on market and competitive business research, feasibility analysis, financial and capital investment analysis and executive-level presentation development and communications. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or other related field required. Master’s degree in business or equivalent is strongly preferred. 10+ years of experience in business growth, expansion and development, corporate growth strategy, consulting, financial and capital investment planning and analysis. Experience in the hospitality/tourism industry preferred. Excellent organization and time management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills with history of producing executive presentations, research briefs, and business plans. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES New ventures, business line development and expansion support Build, manage and oversee investment analyses and financial models with a focus on the valuation of new business lines. Support real estate site selection, evaluation, diligence, negotiation, and transaction documentation activities.
